Colorado natives, Kirk and Kelly Cecil, founded FRM Construction in 1995. While attending college, Kirk decided to follow in his late father’s footsteps by starting a construction company that would build its reputation one satisfied client at a time.
Twenty-two years later, with a committed crew of over 80 strong, FRM Construction has become a preferred provider of framing, exterior siding and trim, and window installation for some of the largest General Contractors in Montana and Colorado. Specializing in new home construction, multi-family, and custom mountain home building, FRM is actively working on some of the most exclusive private home projects, such as the famed Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana.
FRM Construction builds long-term relationships with their clients by consistently keeping projects on schedule, providing hands-on management and oversight on the ground from start to finish, and maintaining strong relationships with employees, subcontractors and their families (such as providing family housing for crews in Big Sky, Montana).
